Their new summer menu is a testament to their dedication and creativity, featuring dishes that are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Sultan is incredibly thoughtful in where he sources all his produce- supporting local farmers and vendors. My goal was to highlight the beauty and meticulous detail that goes into every plate.
